NEW HAPPENINGS IN ISRAEL …
The Brand-NEW ISRAELI NATIONAL LACROSSE SQUAD Qualified to compete in the 2014 World Lacrosse Championship in DENVER. By vertue of its eighth place in the European championship last June, the team was only two weeks old at that time! Pulled together from the best male players in an Israeli lacrosse program for men and women founded 18 months previously by Scott Neiss, the 27 year old former deputy commissioner of the North American Lacrosse League. Neiss moved to Israel after being inspired by a BIRTHRIGHT TRIP! A vertual unknown in Israel, Lacrosse has very quickly gained rapid domestic growth and now great international standing. Thus far what they lack in depth they more than make up for in Heart! GO TEAM ISRAEL!!http://israel21c.org/news/israeli-lacrosse-team-headed-to-world-championship/
